Health-E Learner’s Enrollment

Thank you for your interest in the Health-E Learner’s Program at your child’s school. A parent/guardian must establish an account before starting the online enrollment application for your child(ren).

To establish an account, please create an account. Once the form is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the contact email provided.
